Like many of you I use roboform to manage my passwords and logins, with the amount of data I have to keep track of there’s no other way. Anyways I was at meeting the other day and saw one of the other guys used roboform as well. I asked him how he liked it and he said it was great. He added I like it even more now that I found out how to organize my logins into folders so it doesn’t fill the whole screen. I never knew you could build folder in roboform. So if you’re like me and had a complete mental brown out on the whole folder thing there’s my tip of the day for you.

Roboform is nice, but lately I switched to using the freeware version of iMacros for most of my websites. I find it a bit more complicated to use but MUCH more powerful. And the free version has no limites on the number of macros (logins) you can have!

I have used Roboform, found the features neat, but it could get expensive at times. I discovered another freeware called the “Free Password Manger Plus”, I can use it to store unlimited passwords. Moreover, I can use it to save my favorite web pages as well.
