I’d like to announce the V7n Directory as a sponsor.
The V7N directory comes from John Scott who also runs the V7N forums. Many of you may remember John from the v7ndotcom elursrebmem seo contest last year.
The V7N directory is a pretty large directory with a wide variety of categories. They’re also putting nice focus on local markets which is important if you are your clients are looking for relevant local listings. At $49.95 for a one time review fee it’s also very affordable.

I’ll make you earn your keep on this one. Explain why we’d pick V7N over Aviva, or for that matter any number of PR’d free directories (disclosure, I own 5-6).
I didn’t say pick one over the other. Just because you’re in Yahoo doesn’t mean you don’t go in BOTW, just because you’re in Aviva doesn’t mean you’re not in V7N. Directories aren’t a zero sum game.
I can also tell you that I see V7N ranking for a lot of local terms especially some US local SEO terms (ie San Jose SEO) and in the end getting in a directory that ranks and drives traffic is what it’s all about.
Fine response. You’ve earned the sponsorship
One request though, add subscribe to this thread (the WP plugin) to your blog, just luck had it that you’re last 20 posts just refreshed in Bloglines and I came back. It’s a great way to enable a conversation and keep people coming back to your blog (and no, it’s not a plugin I wrote
)
That is all now
*cough*
Got something in your throat Rae?
