Ted Leonsis didn’t like what Google had to say about him so he decided to change it, in January he started blogging sometimes several times a day even linking to Mark Cuban (heck he said it I didn’t), and here’s what happened:

He added lots of tags to his blog posts, dropping names of famous people he dealt with. Nothing happened for a few weeks. But as months went by, the rankings began to change. “Ted’s Take” moved up the page of search results, and now Leonsis says he has an audience of 800 or 900 on a bad day, 12,000 to 15,000 on a good one.

Months?!? My goodness kinda funny how my Ted Leonsis post is now ranked number 5 in Google for his name
in less than 2 weeks.

Reputation Management it’s only going to become more important in the next few years, and not something you should take lightly.

LOL, I hadn’t checked the rankings in a few days. Nice.

Someone really needs to back a Ted SEO contest like so many others. He wouldn’t even be in the top 10 after that :D
