The good news is my referals from Shopping.com, Bizrate.com, and EBay.com are WAY up this week. The bad news is since they cost $1.00 instead of $0.35 I’ve had to cut my budget.

I guess those users are really getting a “quality experience” on those sites huh? <sarcastic evil grin>

Hi Graywolf. I’m the senior search marketing strategist at Bizrate and Shopzilla (US and International). If you’re having issues with the site, I’d be happy to lend a helping hand. Give me a shout anytime.

To be honest I’m not really sure you’d like to hear my answer as it’s not very positive. So unless you’d like me to elaborate I’ll be polite and stop here.

Alright. Well if you care to elaborate some time, feel free to shoot me an email. I’ll be sure to pass it on to the right people.

Cheers,

I spend a fortune in online advertising and I have to agree with Michael. Bizrate/Shopzilla and Shopping.com both refer too much unqualified traffic which forces up the cost/conversion far beyond Adwords and Overture. I suspect this is due to the large number of low quality PPC ads these companies use to fuel traffic to their sites.

We only advertise with these sites because we pay our fixed costs elsewhere and like to maintain total visibility in some kw markets.

please, please help me. i can’t seem to contact bizrate for help. they replied to me that i had ordered some magazines. i was mislead, thinking they were free for a while to review. now, they are charging my credit card. these charges will put my account over the limit, and you know what happen with that. can you contact them? the email addresses they gave me doesn’t exist according to my search. thank you
