Hyphenated Domain Names and Chicken Little

One of the SEO theories I occasionally hear bandied about, is how hyphenated domain names are strictly used by spammers, and there’s no legitimate people or businesses using them. Well I went to the movies today and during the trailers they had an advertisement for the upcoming Chicken Little Movie. The domain name for the movie is www.the-sky-is-falling.com. Ok I know it redirects to a subdomain on go.com, but hey it is fun seeing a hyphenated domains on the silver screen.

Secondary note when you search for Chicken Little on Google, three images are displayed. When you toggle over to the image search, the images appear in a completely different order … interesting…
