    Is it possible for Google to know what websites other people own by looking at their Adsense accounts and seeing if they have multiple domains?

  2. User GravatarTips Says:

    Yes… they track related webmaster accounts. I’ve seen someone get banned from AdSense because his account somehow got associated with another person’s who regularly worked from the same Internet cafe.

    Google can no doubt associate Web sites by the following:

    * AdSense/AdWords accounts
    * Webmaster control panel
    * Analytics accounts
    * Regularly logging into multiple accounts from same IP
    * WHOIS information

    Click fraud is a serious threat to Google. Tracking webmasters is a high priority for them and I’ll bet that they permanently hold on to the data that they collect about webmasters.
