• A selection of New York Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Swiss and Brie cheeses served with crackers.

• An assortment of sliced carrots, cucumbers and peppers.
• A Tzatziki Dip served in a freshly baked loaf of pumpernickel bread.
• Mushroom and spinach phyllo dough kisses.
• Crispy chicken strips served on skewers with a sweet & sour dipping sauce.

• Ham with a Dijon mustard, bourbon, brown sugar and ginger snap crust.

• Potatoes au gratin with crumbled bacon.
• Steamed cauliflower.
• Broiled asparagus.
• Pepper Salad.

• Devils food chocolate cake with a whipped peanut butter filling and robed in a dark chocolate ganache.

• Individualy sized cheesesake with raspberry sauce and fresh strawberries.

Having a 6 burner stove, double oven and 33 cubic foot refrigerator … priceless!!
