So if you’re a regular reader you know I’m a bit of a Disney nut (some would say I don’t need the Disney qualifier). If I could choose any job to have when I grow up it would be a Disney Imagineer (the folks who dream up the parks and rides that go into them). Under the stewardship of Disney’s new CEO Bob Iger the imagineering division is emerging from the devastation of Michael Eisner. Some of the imagineers have started up a collaborative blog. While I think most companies should blog, very few do it well, they are just afraid to take chances and lay it on the line. So reading the imagineers blog where they are critical is refreshing. If you want to be a better blogger it’s worth seeing a good example of how to be critical without launching into a ‘blogging bitch slap’.

I would like to interview you for a book I’m writing called “Life After the Press Release”.
That is a completely amazing blog. Gonna have to jump on the bandwagon with this one.
I used to be a cast member in 06 but because of medical reasons I had to leave the company. I am partly disabled but my mind is still very good. I have troubleshooting skills from former jobs I have had. I would very much like to talk to a imagineer to ask some questions about their job. If possible I would like to be seasonal plus I only live about a little less than 400 miles from Orlando. Any help you could give would be helpful. Thank You Gary
