    http://www.randomhouse.com/bantamdell/ ?

Only reason I can think of… sub-group of Random House is Bantam Dell Publishing… and it’s picking up that “dell”.

  3. User GravatarMichael Gray Says:

I’d buy that, but then why display the first page and not the Bantam Dell Page underneath instead of the home page?

  4. User Gravatarian Says:

Cos some people will say “Bantam Dell is a imprint of Random House” and link direct to Random House…?

  5. User GravatarTom Says:

And the Dell imprint is a Science Fiction Fantasy which had a very very active following in web 0.1 so their links go deep.

  6. User GravatarMatt Cutts Says:

Cuz not everyone typing [dell] is looking for a computer? Bantam Dell books is a division of Random House. From their list of publishers:
“Dell Publishing, a leading publisher of adult fiction and nonfiction for the past seven decades, is home to the bestselling female novelist of our time, Danielle Steel, who is published in Delacorte hardcover and Dell paperback. Dell also publishes the biggest-selling male novelist of the last decade, John Grisham, as a Dell paperback author.”

Another thing thats “odd” is if you make it to page two you do see the bantam dell page (from the same domain)

    http://www.google.com/search?q=dell&start=10&sa=N

So I stand by my original statement this serp is wonkadoodle.

How come the BuzzMachine domain has a second listing on the second page as well?
