Bloglines Data Gathering

About a month ago I made the switch from Sage to Bloglines. First however we need to take a step backwards, and look at my computer setup.
I have a 17″ wide screen laptop. To help keep the browser part of the screen normal sized I moved the windows taskbar to the right side and the kept sage open in left bar. This helped keep the browser part of my screen normally sized, but gave me the extra data on screen I wanted and paid for. So when I went to bloglines I lost the sidebar and was kind of bothered by the whole thing. However I relocated my firefox tabs to the left and I was ok.
Now one of the nice things I like about bloglines is it lets you see how many people are subscribed to the blogs you are reading. You can click on the ’subscribe’ link and it will list the people with a public profile. If you’re nosy you can look at what other feeds people have subscribed to (at least things they have flagged as public). So I’m an RSS Bloglines peeping Tom, you have a problem with that?
On some of the websites I run I’ve integrated blogs into them. Today I noticed someone actually subscribed to one of my spam marketing drivel blogs. After following his profile I noticed he’s subscribed to some other legitimate non-spam blogs in the field as well. Looking deeper at his feeds, I found out he’s a blogger as well. While he’s not an A-List blogger, he did win a best blogger in category award from a legitimate organization this year. His feed also has close to 100 bloglines subscribers. Should I be flattered or worried that a real person has subscribed to my fake blog? Do I now have an obligation to turn out real content at least once in while? Oh what a tangled web we weave…
