AT&T and Cingular I’m a present customer and I have to say your 3G coverage sucks. Also the bricking of iPhones is a crappy way to treat customers. If you are going to come after me or shut off my service for breaking your new TOS section 5.1 100% of any and all communication in any format voice/digital/electronic or otherwise will be reprinted in it’s entirety on this blog.

let’s see what happens

Why aren’t you using Verizon?

2 year contracts designed to trap customers into long term crappy service that’s why :-)

yeah I got bound to a 2 year contract too. They must all get their business consulting from the same agency, Satan Incorporated. :-D

I agree, they suck

I just had my Cingular/AT&T RAZR display die on me 2 months after of warranty, that I paid $50 for (plus 2 year contract, of course).

Cost to “exchange” broken phone: $295.00
Cost to cancel service: $170.00

The sad thing is I was ready to buy and iPhone and sign on for another 2 years if my phone was fried, but after the way I was treated I’ll just wait until it’s available on other carriers. It must be nice to be so big that you don’t have to worry about your customers (full, rambling story: http://www.brendancullen.com/notebook/so-long-the-new-att)

I always like these types of blogs – the individual truly has a powerful way of highlighting a company’s weaknesses or threats to their customers.

Worked for me with e-bookers when they messed me around and their customer advisors were rude on the phone – we got that resolved with one “Ebookers sucks” blog post I wrote.

I have two more of my own “Company X sucks” I intend to blog about though I do wonder if the blog has to be written in a way to avoid slander?

Question, can a company actually be slandered?

Daz–from what I understand, if it’s true, it’s not slander. That’s why paypalsucks.com, registerflies.com, etc. continue to operate.

I love how you always get confrontational with this type of people/businesses. Can’t wait to see what happens.
