** Warning Cat Post Ahead **

Today was the nicest day we’ve had so far this year, in fact the temperature got as high as 60 degrees here on Long Island. So I walked my oldest daughter to school in the morning. I picked up my youngest daughter up at 11 from nursery school and we played in the park and went to lunch. In the afternoon I picked up my oldest daughter from school we came home rode bikes, drew with sidewalk chalk and played outside until dinner time. Sometimes having a flexible schedule really rocks. Of course it will probably be a two red bull night so I can catch up for slackin’ off during the day.

Ooo… That does sound nice. Got to make sure my schedule is flexible when I get kids.

Sounds nice man! I can’t wait to get away from my day job so I can pick up my son after school.

    :-)

Yep, the sun and warm weather is coming, I’m from MA and am a stay home dad. ;)

Even warmer here in Spain. Enjoyed a tapas lunch by the harbour yesterday, not to mention a jug of Sangria.

As you say, you might have to work late to catch up with the web work, but life is a balance, and certainly shouldn’t be all work.

    Gray,

After growing up on Long Island, I can understand your pleasure. Those winters are a big price to pay for such a great place to live in the summertime.

I work out of my house I think 90 percent to see my boys come off the school bus and ask how their day went. That makes it all worth it.
