I’ve mentioned the Million Dollar Homepage here before and how I’m on it and made a profit (Million Dollar Home Page Stats ). Here’s something i thought of, if you read the FAQ you’ll see this.
The site will be online for 5 years guaranteed (at least until 26th August 2010), however the aim is to keep the site online forever (or as long as humanly possible).
The idea is to create something of an internet time capsule: a homepage that is unique and permanent. Everything on the internet keeps changing so fast, it will be nice to have something that stays solid and permanent for many years. You can be a part of that!
So after 5 years he decides to resell the space. Of course you have the right to first refusal to re-buy your link. If you choose not there will someone else ready to pony up and take your spot. What do we end up with, the two million dollar homepage!

The guy was on Richard and Judy this week. That’s when you know you have arrived.
And then again on the BBC1 News last night.
I think he’s trying to keep himself in the public eye so he can get another idea going. I’m curious how much of the million he’s actually taken in.
