As a local B&M in a large metro region we've averaged better than 1,000 SE queries/month that combine business terms and related geo terms. That's not bad. Pre web we used to see about 4-500 inquiries/month total. A local site needs to cover its relative geo area, get enough variations on its business terms to show up for a large variety of ways to cover searches and then get bls to rank.
