I suspect this is a result of unusually high CTRs in a content network program. All the ads are high impact as opposed to a typical content match ad headline. When reading email, it's tough to get someone to follow a rabbit trail, with out a killer headline. Memo to CoffeeFool: If I'm looking at my automated reminder from netflix, about a movie that nothing to do with coffee, and i see you in the No. 1 spot, you are wasting a ton of money. This kind of thing is the secret to google's $500 share price... let amateurs buy ads.
