So you’re sitting around wishing you could have some of that iPhone traffic, but your never going to get your pages to rank in time. Well friend how about you make this a learning experience. Go to the Google trends page for June 29th. Take a look at all iPhone related searches people are doing. Wait for the next big electronics product launch do a little search and replace and employ a little predictive SEO … lather, rinse, repeat, multiply … any questions?

Very nice. Simple but highly effective – this is a really nifty trick. Good tip!

Too much work, I can not blog about anything I am not passionate about, period.

BTW, I tested this out, guess what? You got competition, MANY are already doing as you describe Michael. The sad part is that the actual Google Trends pages will outrank you, how about bitchin about that?

I almost did this for the Zune back when it was first announced. Glad I didn’t waste my time.

I checked Flickr today and there were over 15,000 recent photos tagged with iPhone!

We threw up our own Iphone site a few months back, just to watch this frenzy and see what we could learn from it.

It’s amazing riding the traffic from such a publicised event. I just wish we knew what to do with it (and had a bit more time to actually improve the site).

Any ideas?
