I came across a report today in InternetRetailer.com
Ten years ago the majority of web shoppers were women with annual household income of more than $80,000, but in 2005 the average household income of customers shopping online was closer to $60,000. “Women continue to dominate the ranks of online shoppers, but the level of education and household income continues to fall,†she says. “This means online retailing is appealing to a wider segment of the population.â€
Which leaves me with the following response … WELL DUH! Seriously is really news to anyone that more and more people are getting online and using the internet for shopping? Have these people been living under a rock waiting for Al Gore to bring theinterweb thingy to their houses, sheesh.
Where does one sign up to get a cushy job like this and get paid to write things like “Tommorow the sun will rise in the east and it gradually get lighter”, sign me up I’ll be a prognosticating guru like you’ve never seen before.
