So I got an email in response to my Technorati problem.Seems Bad Behavior is the problem and they are working on it. Happened to me as well, if anybody has found a workaround drop it in the comments.

   I presume you mean IO Error’s bad behavior plugin..
   I’ve been using it for months without any problems. Technorati picks up my posts and tags without any issue that I can see
