AdSense tends to work at it’s best when a blogger targets a narrower niche topic, especially when that topic has some sort of product or service associated with it.

    Exactly, and I’m running a detailed tutorial on how to find those niche markets/keywords and how to build a “quality” blog for traffic. Will be focusing on real, hand written, and fresh content that aids visitors on their search for information.

    Not just garbage, re-hashed content. No future in that.

    That sentence hits the nail on the head, but it isn’t always that simple. It’s also adviseable to monitor your ads and apply filters to get rid of any ‘dross’ that inadvertantly slips through the net.
